Question....
How do you sew ruffles without a "ruffler" on your sewing machine???? I'm new at sewing and I don't think my machine came with one but I really needc to make a skirt for my couch.
It's very easy. Set your basic running stitch to the longest setting (meaning the biggest straight stitch you can do. Do not back-stitch to start. Stitch all the way down your fabric until the end and again, don't back stitch. Then you can just pull one of the threads and it will gather your fabric for you. You can just gather it to your desired length. Hope this helps!!
Good luck with that. I haven't reached "ruffling" yet.
